For the purpose to increase efficiency of industrial activity at the industrial enterprises the scientifically-methodical approach to preparation and acceptance of administrative decisions in the course of realization of reengineering of productions on the basis of a benchmarking and outsourcing is developed. Such approach allows to define concrete organizational actions at each stage of realization of the project of reengineering for efficient control maintenance.References
