In article the problems of management of activity of voluntary organizations based on the analysis of key performance indicators of processes are investigated. For quality monitoring the information system developed in the environment of Embarcadero Delphi XE 2 is offered (presented). This information system is the effective tool for improvement of processes of activity of higher educational establishment.References
