The article substantiates that in the process of solving practically each of the tasks of production, the adoption of managerial decisions is possible indirect influence of varying degrees, which needs to be carefully monitored.
It is proved that in order to increase the objectivity and more effective result of the task of technical upgrading of production capacities of the enterprise, it is proposed to identify control nodes in which it is possible to minimize the reflexive impact on the information that is strategically important for the implementation of further stages of the general task. The nodes of control are responsible for determining the time after which correction can be made at the expense of pre-distorted information.
On the basis of effectively located control units, an approach to increasing the objectivity of information by minimizing reflexive influence is proposed, which allows to improve the quality of information flows in the process of preparing management decisions at industrial enterprises.References
