Abstract

The article defines the concept of "control of the financial market." The paper studies the features of the introduction of the financial sector control in other states and the directions of control financial sector in Ukraine, the preparation of the legal framework for implementing the system of non-implementation of compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of vehicles, the formation of the State Register of financial institutions in Ukraine, creating obstacles to the use of the insurance market to withdraw funds abroad through reinsurance and laundering "dirty" money.
