This article considers the concept of civil servants professionalism as a part of the image of the civil service. The paper examines the basic principles and standards of public service.
Examining the problem of formation of civil servants professional and ethical standards and the ways to improve them, the authors conclude that the singularity of the professional ethics of civil servant is in his being knowledgeable about the peculiarities of the appropriate sector under control. In fact, the increase of his ethics depends on his professional activity.Downloads
