The functioning of the financial markets has been examined in the article. The article also deals with the efficiency of using the assets which we rein vested in the financial markets, and insider trading as well. The history of the trade development on the stock exchanges has been researched. The liability for dissemination of confidential in formation in the past centuries and in different countries has been considered and compared.References
