About the Journal

 

“Skhid” is a peer-reviewed open access electronic journal aimed at multifaceted scientific coverage of a wide range of urgent societal issues in the context of social transformations. The main rubrics cover the fields of philosophy, history, religious studies and other areas of social and humanitarian sciences.

Included in the List of scientific professional publications of Ukraine, which can publish the results of dissertations for the degree of doctor and candidate of sciences in the fields: historical and philosophical sciences (CATEGORY “B” List of scientific professional publications of Ukraine in the specialties 032 “History and Archeology”, 031 “Religious Studies”, 033 “Philosophy”).

On December 23, 2022, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1166, the journal "Skhid" was transferred to the list of electronic professional publications of category "B" in specialties 031 - "Religious Studies"; 032 - "History and archeology"; 033 – "Philosophy" (p. 7 of the mentioned order)
