The development of enterprise according to the stakeholders interest

The article deals with analysis of stakeholders interest in order to develop enterprise. The article provides the analys terms of domestic and international scientific definitions of 'enterprise stakeholders' and their species on the main classification criteria. The methods into account the interests of stakeholders of the enterprise were analysed.
The key factor of any successful business is the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders in the external and internal environment.
Moreover, the main goals of the effective management, strategic planning of the company are also effective relationships with stakeholders. Inability to build the leads relationship is leading to loss the market; processes of underfunding, lack of motivation among staff is also the problem of aneffective company. That's why every company should correctly identify major stakeholders and coordinate their actions with their interests.
The article noted, that a detaile analysis of all the stakeholders of their interests, determine the most influential and the most important among them, setting priorities for various stakeholder groups will formulate an effective plan of the strategic development management company, for the correct direction of the entity that will achieve maximum possible level of satisfaction of the interests for all stakeholders of the company.References
