Features of the diversity of processes of manufacturing companies

The article is devoted illumination of question of actuality of leadthrough of diversification and its role in modern operating of enterprises conditions. In publications considered different approaches are in relation to interpretation of concept diversification. The basic strategy of industrial and economic activities and motives that induce firms to diversify.
The necessity of leadthrough of diversification on the enterprises of production sphere and its necessity is also grounded for subsequent development of economy. Basic advantages of the diversifyed enterprise are described. The proper variants of diversification, which require the proper approach and high-quality analysis and at the same time can be examined as an aggregate of all possible methods of diversification, are selected.
The results of the conducted research consist in the theoretical justification for diversification of production processes in the business areas that will provide the financial stability of the enterprise in the future.
