Role of the Ecological Factor in the capitaliration of Enterprises

Abstract

Nowadays, capitalisation is the process of recources' reorganisations, involved into material - circal of finantial, intellectual, personal, informational, in other words in the capital, it means the cost (prise) that can give a new prise. Summing it up, it can be characterised as the branch of capitalisation of enterprise, that is the indicator of financial stability, incomes, successfulness and competitivness.

Local enterprises, coming to an international market, meet the competitivness of highet level, than at the local level, that shows the necessity of conformity to international standarts.

The highest value, especially concerning the nowadays problems of environment, get the enterprises, that threw out the maximum neutralised wastes.

Characterising such values it was suggested to show such meaning as eco-cotaining.

An effectivity of goods' productivity in the practise is qualified according to three main features - laboriousness (the other side of it - is productivity ), energy and material construction of the products or services. Without ruling these features it will be impossible to make the resourse containing.

As for the fouth one, we suggest the ecological point of enterprise that involnes oxigen, water, land and wood containings.

In order to get the numeral features the methody of counting is suggested, that is contained in the definition of the comparable value of goods.

In this case the feature of ecology will be defined by point of the complex number and characterise the changing of using energyresources.

Thus, by defining the level of capitalisation of enterprise, the main point is articles of ecology, and by making the prise of goods the main factor much be its value.

The involving of such feature can inlarge the capitalisation of Ukrainian enterprises on the international level, and the goods of these enterprises can be competitive at the interenational market.
