Abstract

In the article describes one of the perspective types classification of the risks public-private partnership - PEST-classification. In the text describes informative content of this classification for the conditions of Ukraine. The analysis includes: political, economic, socio-cultural and technical risks. In the article defined priorities the public and the private partner in the distribution of risks. Also constructed a standard matrix of risk by categories within PEST. According to the author, PEST-classification could help in the clustering of risk according to their causes, because groups of risks are free from excess. It can be used to provide a basis for the development system of the standardization risks
